In a quiet neighborhood just outside the city centre of Conil de la Frontera, this charming holiday home is perfectly situated to enjoy both the beautiful city and its sandy beach without the noise of the centre’s nightlife. With a cosy and family-friendly ambience, the home consists of a living/dining room with a divan, perfect for reading a book, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with king size beds and one with a bunk bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a washing and drying machine, as well as satellite and cable television. The property is especially well-suited for families, as it offers a baby cot, a children's bed, and a highchair as well as books, toys and a nearby playground. Outside, you are invited to relax in the evenings on your spacious terrace, work out on the gym equipment or to enjoy a glass of wine on your balcony, where you can admire the view of the mountains. You also have access to a shared pool (open from mid-May to mid-October) and an outdoor shower, where you can refresh yourself on warm afternoons. In the surroundings, you will find sport fields, a beautiful park and a rolling landscape, which invites you to spend hours exploring in the fresh air. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and the historic city centre of Conil de la Frontera - with its shops, cafes, restaurants and bars - is only a 15-minute walk away. A variety of gorgeous, sandy beaches, including Playa de La Fontanilla En Conil and Playa Fuente del Gallo are about 15 to 20 minutes walking from your front door. *Please note, parties, events and young groups are not allowed.* Bed linens and towels are included in the price. 2 parking spots are available in front of the property. Please respect the opening hours of the pool (10-3 pm and 5-9 pm) as well as the resting hours. Pets are allowed under request.

In the middle of Conil de la Frontera is the charming, lovingly furnished apartment La Tahona de Max & Jan, which enchants visitors with its central location just a few hundred meters from the sea. The apartment extends over two floors of a townhouse, with its entrance on the first floor, and is suitable for families. It consists of a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a bunk bed for 2-3 children, 0.9 m x 2 m each) as well as a modern bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot (upon request) and a high chair. There are also toys and children's books for the little guests to play with. The upper floor, which can be reached via a staircase with a railing, features a rooftop terrace equipped with lounge furniture and which is available for your private use. The beautiful plants, outdoor showers, barbecue and the sea view promise a relaxing holiday in the sunshine and with plenty of privacy. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are just a few minutes’ walk away and the nearest sandy beach, Playa de los Bateles, is only 500 m or a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed if requested in advance (extra charge). This property does not have a central heating. However, it has some electric portable heaters. The apartment is not rented to young groups under 30 years of age. A babysitter can be booked for an additional fee.
